I’m Gracie. Yoga Teacher. Writer. Artist. Vagabond. Lover of dystopian novels and cats with “personality,” I was born and raised in New England, went to school for acting and physical theater, and then moved to Los Angeles in 2009 to work in the film industry. After a slew of physical injuries and existential rabbit holes, I stumbled into Yoga Blend in Burbank, and it profoundly redirected the course of my life.
I see yoga as a ‘Choose Your Own Adventure’ story – unique and specific to the person experiencing and practicing it. My classes create a safe space for self-care. They focus on the breath, bring awareness to the body and mind, and aim for a little whimsy and fun in the process. Any and all levels are welcome – whether you’ve practiced for years, or you’re just coming to it for the first time, there is a place for you, and I invite you to join.

- Focus on breath and bodily awareness (because we all need to be reminded to breathe, and notice our toes)
